Military Shipping

Trying to ship to an APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) address? No problem!

How a Military Address Should Be Entered

  • First Name / Last Name:
    ✔️ Correct (including rank/unit identifiers like “PFC” if desired)
  • Company:
    ➜ Optional — usually left blank unless required by the recipient
  • Street Address:
    ✔️ Correct format
    Example:
    PSC 1234, Box 12345
  • City:
    ✔️ APO (or FPO / DPO depending on branch)
  • State:
    ✔️ Armed Forces (AE)
    • AE = Europe, Middle East, Africa
    • AP = Pacific
    • AA = Americas
  • ZIP Code:
    ✔️ Correct (ZIP+4 is fine if provided)

Important Notes

  • Do NOT list a country (like Germany, Kuwait, etc.)
  • USPS treats these as domestic shipments, even though they go overseas
  • Most retailers ship via USPS for military addresses

To do so, please enter the address as you would normally with the information you are provided.  An example of this is seen below.  Be sure to put either APO or FPO in the City field as well as whether the address is a Armed Forces (AA), Armed Forces (AE), or Armed Forces (AP) address in the state box.  Finally enter the zip code you were provided.  Be sure to select the USPS shipping options as this is not available for UPS.
